We are all about fun, fitness and community.
We offer a stylish, clean boutique studio in the heart of Alameda on historic Park Street.
Our PEDAL instructors share their upbeat personalities, motivational playlists, and experienced knowledge to create safe workouts that are always challenging and engaging.
No previous experience necessary, go at your own pace - everyone is welcome!
You bring your shoes, water bottle, and positive spirit.
We'll provide a towel and a great class.
You will leave feeling exhilarated and accomplished.
